Edith will champion the benefits of a diverse and inclusive culture across the South Pacific.
Rotary Journey
Edith is a member of the Manukau Sunrise Rotary Club in district 9920. Her Rotary journey reflects a deep belief that when people feel valued, respected, and empowered, they serve with greater purpose and impact.
Edith is a committed Rotary leader and diversity, equity and inclusion advocate with a strong record of strengthening leadership capability, building inclusive cultures, and supporting clubs across the South Pacific to thrive.
Leadership Skills
Over the past several years, Edith has played a central role in relaunching key regional learning and development programs, including REP and Rotary Leadership Institute recruiting and supporting facilitators, and designing practical tools that help clubs grow stronger and more connected.
She has led DEI communication and brand initiatives for Rotary South Pacific, crafting messaging guides, cultural protocols, and storytelling resources that honour the diverse cultures of Australia, Aotearoa New Zealand, and the Pacific.
Professionally, Edith brings extensive experience in organisational development, inclusive leadership, and strategic communications. She is known for her ability to translate complex ideas into accessible frameworks, build collaborative partnerships, and design learning experiences that uplift both emerging and experienced leaders.
Looking forward
Edith’s work is grounded in cultural respect, community voice, and a commitment to equity in access and opportunity. As RSP DEI Director (2026–2028), Edith aims to strengthen regional alignment, deepen cultural partnerships, and support districts and clubs to “WEAVE” DEI in practical, meaningful ways. She is passionate about creating environments where people of all identities and abilities can lead, contribute, and belong. Edith is energised by the opportunity to serve the region and to champion a Rotary that truly reflects the communities it supports.
