Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) provides quality education in Rotary knowledge and leadership skills to Rotarians interested in developing their Rotary participation and to those identified by Rotary Clubs as having potential in club leadership. These educational opportunities teach skills that will benefit the members in their lives and in their volunteer service. Friendship Exchange is an international exchange program for Rotary members and friends that allows participants to take turns hosting one another in their homes and clubs. You can travel as an individual, a couple, a family, or a group, with the exchange themed on culture, service, or vocation.
